● How is my order sent?
A4 and A3 posters are sent in a sturdy cardboard envelope and also protected inside. A1 formats are sent in tubes. For the A3 format, you will need to be present to receive the print given the size of the document. If you are not at home, don't panic, he will be waiting for you in your nearest post office.
● How soon will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on your receiving address.
Orders are sent from Lyon. Counting the processing time, they usually arrive between 7 and 20 days. It is important to note that there may however be delays from time to time caused by the post office for which I am not responsible.
The letter is posted with a tracking number allowing you to see its current position.
If the order has not arrived within 20 days or if it is lost, you can get a refund or request a return 🙂
● My order arrived damaged!
It's very rare but it can happen that the letter arrives damaged. If so, send me a picture so I can issue a refund or resend.
● I don't like the product I just received, can I return it?
Returns are unfortunately not accepted. The poster is rather faithful to the photos on the site, be sure of your choice before ordering 🙂
